Our property has space for the whole family and then some! This home is a three story open floor plan chalet with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two full size beds and our spacious loft has futon for extra sleeping space. On the second floor you'll find a grand master bedroom and luxurious master bathroom with a large, jetted soaking tub. This level also contains the kitchen, living room, dining room, a half bath, and the laundry room. On our lower level, you'll find our stocked game room! I'm sure the first thing to catch your eye will be our air hockey table and a big screen TV, but we also have a dartboard, board games, and WiFi. This level also provides outdoor access and yet another bedroom with a bunk bed and queen.
The high chalet windows bathe the living room, kitchen, and dining room in sunlight and allow gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the surrounding landscape. As you'll see from the pictures, the kitchen boasts upgraded stainless steel appliances and an eat-in island that seats five. The living room is situated around a grandiose masonic fireplace that brings the rough natural beauty of the Poconos indoors.
Step outside and enjoy the view! Our second floor wrap around deck give you a panoramic of the nearby wooded landscape you won't soon forget. The house's location in the heart of Masthope only further sweetens this delicious deal. Just half a mile to top of mountain - Ski Big Bear and the slopes are practically at your fingertips! Equestrians will love to hear the ride to Masthope Stables is a similarly short distance!
So head outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air or, on those chillier nights, you'll find plenty of sofa space to gather friends and family around the big screen TV! No matter what you're looking for during your trip to the Poconos, you'll find it here in our friendly Masthope community!

“This is our second time staying at the Masthope Ski Chalet. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Four families with kids stayed comfortably. The house is spacious and very well kept. There is room for everyone without feeling crowded. The downstairs family room is perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults can spend time in the livingroom and the kitchen. Everyone felt right at home. Cindy, the realtor, is a pleasure to work with. She is very kind and answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend a stay at the Masthope Ski Chalet. “Great place for a big family. 9 kids and 8 adults. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished. Plenty of room. For everyone to spread out. Next door neighbor not so nice. Called the police when we started a fire to toast marshmellows for the kids. Even though there was a fire pit to use. Unfortunately won’t go back because we bought a place of our own in the Poconos.”
“We absolutely loved this house. We had 10 adults & 4 children & there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The house was very clean. We came up to go skiing at Big Bear and the house was only 1/2 mile away. We brought breakfast & dinner with us so we would not have to drive 10 miles to a restaurant. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pot & pans, coffee pot, etc. The house manager, Cindy was awesome. She was very helpful with any questions we had and always answered our calls right away. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We can’t wait to come back next year. ”
