Enjoy your vacation at our lakeside cottage in Sunny Point with private dock and wonderful views of Lake Wallenpaupack. Our home has 4 private bedrooms (2 on each level). 1 queen, 1 full and 5 twins with two bathrooms. Large kitchen opens up to dining room with full view of the lake and side room you can use as Extra dining or sitting room to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We have great outdoor space also. Gentle slope to the lake makes getting there and back a pleasure. Off the dining room is a great size deck with plenty of seating, BBQ grill and 2 square picnic tables big enough for all your family. Down at the lake is a nice seating area to sit and enjoy the sunrise or relax watching the kids enjoy the lake. Anyway you look at it.....lake living is relaxing!!

“This house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The living space is large and open and easily accommodated our large group. The lake front access is close by and well maintained. The upstairs bedroom has an L shaped layout that worked out perfectly for two children. We would stay again.”
“Our family has now stayed at this property for the last two years. The house offers a great layout for our family of five . . . Sleeping spaces are all very private and there is lots of room for spreading out. The house is very well equipped with all the necessities. The best, though, are the views to the lake from within the home and from the large rear deck! The yard is very minimally sloped making access to the lake and private dock easy . . . for all ages. There is a fire pit and and table for dining near the lake. This is a premium lake property!”
