Upon entering you will notice the rustic feel of the home with Tongue and Grove walls and ceiling, Large Stone Fireplace and original hardwood floors. The cabin's wrought iron door hardware adds to the true mountain retreat package. But more importantly you will notice the large expansive deck overlooking Lake Wallenpaupack. With plenty of seating for 10 and a place for grilling, this space is perfect for a romantic sunset with that special someone or a fun afternoon playing a game of cards with the kids, you may never go back inside.

Before heading outside you will pass through the kitchen and living room, both with a mixture of modern features alongside original cabin touches. Hone your cooking skills in the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silver, glasses and mugs. Toaster, coffee maker and microwave round out the kitchen amenities. The living room has a large comfy leather couch and hickory rocker that gather around the magnificent stone fireplace with flat screen TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun.

When the sun has set over the western hills rest up for the next day's lake adventures in either of the cottages sophisticatedly simple bedrooms. With a Log queen bed in the master bedroom and a Log full bed in the second bedroom, you and your guests will drift right to sleep in this cozy getaway. Kids will enjoy the large sleeping loft with two full size beds with plenty of room for playing or sleeping. For an even more private space head to the lower level where the 3rd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom are located. Along with family room and large flat screen TV for the kids to hide away while the adults enjoy spending time on the deck.

Wake up early and head down to the dock to get some early morning fishing done or rent a kayak or paddle board from one of the local marina's or bring your own and enjoy the smooth water of the early part of the day. If your bringing your own boat there is a large dock available from early May till mid September for your use. Pack a cooler for the day and head out on the lake, do some skiing or tubing or just relax and do some more fishing.
