Q: What is the minimum age to rent this home?

A: The minimum age of the primary renter is 30 years old. This is true for all our homes and there are no exceptions. This applies to prom, graduation, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: No

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes

Q: Does the house have air conditioning?

A: No, though there are several oscillating fans.

Q: Are linens provided?

A: Yes.

Q: Are towels provided?

A: Yes

Q: Will the GPS take me to the house or will I need directions?

A: The GPS will take you right to the house!

Q: Is there parking at the house? How many cars can we park?

A: Yes, there is a private driveway and can accommodate 4 cars. If you will have more than that, please call.

Q: When is check-in?

A: 4:00 PM

Q: When is check-out?

A: 11:00 AM

Q: What do I do with my trash?

A: Leave it in the cans in the small garage facing Pellet Rd.  Information on pick up day will be provided in your guest book you will receive prior to arrival.  

Q: Do I have access to community amenities?

A: No, this home is not part of a community with amenities.  It is a private lakefront home with a dock for your personal use.

Q: Is the home lakefront?

A: Yes

Q: Can I bring/rent a powerboat?

A: Yes, though you should make sure the docks are out on the lake first!

Q: Can you swim in the lake?

A: YES! Every lake in the area - big or small, private or public - is safe to swim in. If there is a dock, you can swim off the dock.

HOUSE INFORMATION

Q: How many beds are there? What sizes are they?

A: 9 beds: 1 queen and 8 twins.

Q: How many bathrooms are there?

A: 2 baths: 1 shower and 1 shower tub.

Q: How many TVs are there? What size are they?

A: 2 small flatscreens: 1 is 23” and 1 is 30”.

Q: What Entertainment options does the house have?

A: We want your vacation at our rental properties to be as comfortable and fun as possible. We provide a lot of options for entertainment such as a DVD Player, a BluRay Player,  WiFi, and HDMI Ports. 

Q: What Appliances and Supplies does the Kitchen have?

A: To ensure our property has a homey feel for you and your family to feel comfortable, we make sure to stock the kitchen with basic supplies. This house has a:

A: This property also has a Washing Machine, Dryer, an Iron/ Ironing Board, a Vacuum Cleaner,  and Hangers.  

Q: How many does the dining room table sit?

A: 4 inside and 4 at each table on the back screen porch.

Q: How many does the living room sit?

A: 7 in the main living area, 4 in the smaller living room

Q: Does the house have a fireplace / wood stove?

A: Yes although we do not allow guests to use.  

Q: Do we have to bring our own wood?

A: Yes, for the fire pit outside.

Q: What kind of grill does the property have?

A: Propane

Q: Does the property have a fire pit and I am allowed to have a fire?

A: Yes there is a fire pit and burning is allowed outdoors. However, always make sure there isn't a burn ban in place before building a fire.

Q: Do we need to bring propane?

A: No, that is always included in our homes.

Q: Are there water toys/ life jackets/ beach chairs available?

A: No water toys or life jackets but there are 4 chairs down at the lakefront.
