We are happy to share our lakefront estate with you and your extended family to spend time with each other, celebrate special occasions or just to escape. Our estate features two homes that share 1 lakefront. The homes sit at the tip of Spinnlers Point Cove overlooking Lake Wallenpaupack with UNOBSTRUCTED 180 degree water views and the most incredible sunsets you can imagine. We have a large boat dock and 2 jet ski ramps. We also have a Kayak and stand up paddle board to add to your fun and exploration of the lake. Other outside amenities include two firepits, a Gazebo plenty of chairs and picnic tables. WORLD CLASS FISHING right off the dock.
The first house will sleep 13 in beds and another 2 in pull outs. Master bedroom has a queen and sitting room that overlooks the lake and balcony for morning coffee, what a wonderful way to wake up. Two other bedrooms share the top floor one with two fulls and the other called the "kids room" with a full/futon bunk (twin on top, full on bottom) and a twin with trundle. The fourth bedrooms is on the middle floor with a queen bed. The middle floor has living room with flat screen TV and DVD and stereo. Kitchen and dining room all look out over the lake. Lower level has more family room space with pull out for additional sleeping space. Flat Screen with DVD and bar area. Walk right out to "Boardwalk" path leading to the lake. All three floors have full bath's, lower level has washer and dryer.
The second home is a chalet style and sleeps 11 and 4 in pull outs. It features 4 bedrooms plus sleeping loft. First floor has bedroom with queen and a full bath with washer/dryer. Living Room has queen sofa bed with flat screen and DVD walks right out to parking area and lake. Middle floor has two bedrooms - one with twin/full bunk and one with queen bed. There is a full bath and Living room dining room and kitchen are all open and look out over the lake. Top floor has sleeping loft with twin/trundle, 1/2 bath and 4th bedroom with queen.
Both homes have Central Air Conditioning, WIFI and Netflix.
There is a BBQ grill at the main house, each home has coffee pot, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, pots/pans....everything you need to enjoy your week at the lake.

“We had a Long Over Due Family Reunion at this Magnificent Lakefront Property this past summer, and I must say it was Perfect. We had 23 people staying at the property, and it was very comfortable. The two homes were very clean, well maintained, well appointed, and just plain charming, with tasteful lake theme decorations and furniture. The Main house is directly on the lake with incredible views from every floor. The Master Bedroom is very large and beautiful, and the views from the large windows takes your breath away. The Chalet is very cute, comfortable and we were all surprised that the Views and Sunsets from this home were also lovely. The Bottom level of the main house was a great gathering / party area as well, we played cards, watched the ball game, and the had drinks at the bar. The Large Flat Yard (which is unusual for a property on Lake Wallenpaupak) was a wonderful place for the family to hang out, picnic, relax and for the kids to play. We Grilled daily at lakeside, and ate outside almost every day. We saw lots of wildlife including Hawks, Herons, Seagulls, and even a Bald Eagle. If you awoke early we would see families of deer drinking out of the lake. The Sunsets from the yard and large balconys of both homes are just stunningly beautiful. At night we had a fire at one of the two lakefront fireplaces and roasted marshmallows, hot dogs, and sausage, while looking at the stars and listening to the water lapping on the lake shore. The Gazebo at lakeside was a nice place to sit and eat as well. We swam, kayaked, the kids used the paddle board, and had a blast. We fished off of the private dock daily and caught a lot of Smallmouth & Lagemouth Bass, some very large Channel Catfish, and even 2 nice size Striped Bass. We took our boat out daily for adventures on the beautiful clean lake. All in all it was a Perfect Time at a Perfect Property. We look forward to returning next summer.” Joseph R.
